The Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to work alongside our Lead Product Designer. While our Lead Designer drives UX strategy and product vision, you'll be the hands-on force bringing those concepts to life with precision and speed. You'll bridge the gap between product UI and visual design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution across large-scale projects while handling marketing assets, including banners and presentations. This is an execution-focused role for a designer who loves keeping Figma files organised, maintaining design systems, and polishing every visual detail.
What You Will Do
- Design Execution: Execute precise UI according to project specifications.
- Visual Design & Marketing: Design high-quality internal and external marketing assets - job posting banners, social media creatives, and presentation decks.
- System Maintenance: Help maintain the Figma Design System by ensuring components, variants, and variables remain organized and up to date.
- Light Research: Perform visual competitive analysis and gather design inspiration to support the Lead Designer's strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Support: Help with ad-hoc design requests to remove blockers for the team.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience. We're looking for early-career professionals comfortable with design tools and workflows.
- Availability: Ability to join immediately or on very short notice is highly preferred.
- Strong Figma Skills: You're comfortable with Auto-layout, Components, and Variables, and can handle bulk edits efficiently.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for creating banners, social posts, and editing images.
- Pixel-Perfect Precision: You have a sharp eye for alignment, spacing, and consistency.
- Eager to Learn: You have a growth mindset, are open to feedback, and excited to learn advanced workflows from our Lead Designer.
- Ability to Follow Instructions: You can take a design direction or brief and execute it accurately without constant supervision.
- Organizational Skills: You take pride in clean file structures and properly named layers.
- Design Sense: You instinctively know what looks good, modern & professional.
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in an agency environment with foreign clients.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience with simple illustrations or icon design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not Mandatory)
Salary Range:
- BDT 25,000 -35,000

Working Days:
- Weekly: 5 days.
- Weekend: Saturday and Sunday.
