We’re looking for a Product Designer who can create intuitive, scalable, and developer-ready designs while guiding clients and teams with strong UX expertise. You’ll be responsible for building responsive and consistent design systems in Figma, preparing files that integrate seamlessly with design-to-code. You will collaborate closely with developers and communicate directly with clients to ensure smooth delivery and alignment on product goals.
- Design user-friendly and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications..
- Create developer-ready Figma files using auto-layouts, components, variants, tokens, and naming conventions, while leveraging Figma Variables to build scalable, theme-aware design systems.
- Guide clients and internal teams on UX best practices, ensuring user journeys and flows are clear and effective.
- Handle client-side communication to gather requirements, present design solutions, and explain user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to refine design outputs using AI tools and Figma Tokens.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across projects.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Communicate regularly with team members to align on requirements and solutions.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong expertise in Figma including auto-layout, components, variants, and tokens.
- Proven experience preparing developer-ready files with excellent design hygiene.
- Solid understanding of responsive design.
- Strong ability to create, document, and communicate user stories, user flows, and feature journeys that guide both clients and developers.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility along with suggesting alternative solutions.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage client communication and confidently present UX decisions.
- Ownership mindset with strong time management and accountability.
- Prior experience with AI-assisted design-to-code workflows (tools like Webflow, Framer; exposure to Locofy, Anima is a plus).
- Awareness of frontend concepts such as HTML, CSS grids, and React components.
- Basic coding knowledge to better collaborate with developers.
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, B2B, or B2C platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale design systems.
- Familiarity with usability testing and design validation processes.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
Salary Range:
- Up to BDT 80,000 (slightly negotiable based on skills and experience)
