Now we are Urgently hiring an experienced WordPress Theme and Plugin Developer who can join immediately to grow our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Analysing requirements for different project with clients
  • Designing and building a website front-end.
  • Build fully custom themes and plugins tailored to client specifications
  • Integrate custom plugins with third-party tools such as Gravity Forms, Salesforce, and more.
  • Create custom Gutenberg blocks and Elementor widgets to meet specific project needs.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end, including database and server integration.
  • Managing projects in agile methodologies using project management tools.
  • Using Git/GitHub and Git Flow for version control.

What we are seeking:

  • Strong PHP knowledge with hands-on WordPress theme development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP, including Inheritance, Namespaces, Traits, and Constructors.
  • Experience with WP Query and advanced Gutenberg block, Elementor widget development.
  • Deep understanding of WordPress core concepts, including Action Hooks, Filter Hooks, and custom Walker classes.
  • Skill in designing and implementing new features and functionality.
  • Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and dynamic block development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery
  • Experience building responsive, pixel-perfect UI components
  • Strong knowledge of TailwindCSS, SCSS, and modern CSS techniques.
  • Knowledge about establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
  • Team player mindset
  • Excellent communication skill in English

Nice To Have:

  • Ability to optimize block performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Good understanding of React, including state management and hooks
  • Experience in native widget development
  • Experience running Docker-based projects
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket for version control and collaboration

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in WordPress development or related fields.

Job Nature

  • Full Time.

Educational Requirements:

  • We don’t care about educational qualifications as long as you have a proven working record and are deserving candidates.

Salary Range:

  • BDT 40,000 - BDT 60,000. (Based on skill and experience)
